We might be still at July 2022, but EU Planing ahead this is organized since 2019.

From 1 January 2023, 80Plus Titanium this now becomes the standard to use within EU, from entire number of computer builders as is DELL, Lenovo, HP, others.
All imported workstation PC, small Server up to larger Server,  they must and should have:
a) 80Plus Titanium certification
b) Delivery of specified power efficiency
c) Power Factor correction circuit this able to warranty PF not lesser than 95%.

Power supply factory (Asian manufacturer) them not following EU news and directives, they will be locked out from be computer builder's choice.
Any Chinese factory not holding in their hands necessary technology so to produce PSU with recommended efficiency per wattage table below, it will discover by the hard way it numbers of exported goods to shrink.

For PSU 750W and lower, new acceptable performance this is at 50% of load : Efficiency 94,72 %, Power factor > 0,95
For PSU 750W and higher, new acceptable performance this is at 50% of load : Efficiency 95,99 %, Power factor > 0,95

80Plus Silver and 80Plus Bronze products, they will become soon a memory of the past.
Especially when new upcoming target this is 80Plus Diamond, this expected to have a more tight number as efficiency,  than 80 Plus Titanium that this is around since 2016 or so.

80Plus Gold
80Plus Platinum
80Plus Titanium
80Plus Diamond (when ever related products are shown in the market).
