Post by: Kiriakos GR on July 31, 2021, 05:13:35 PM
Creative Entertainment Center:
All owners of X-Fi sound card this including 5.25" front panel they have to install the specific software, so to be able to use the supplied Creative remote control and also the Creative Entertainment Center  full screen software.

History facts:
Creative Entertainment Center, this is software of 2007,  designed for 32bit and 64bit Vista & XP  operating system.
DirectX 9 compatible.
The software can be activated only due the remote control.
The supported full screen resolution this is 800x600 (fixed), therefore it looks a bit ugly at larger modern screens.
But this is a full-screen media player and screen resolution of 800x600 this is not a problem, as is good enough to navigate within menus and functions.

Install Error I-001 = Solved !!

Here is a screenshots picture gallery.
As proof that the software really works.  8)

Creative Entertainment Center due it age and Vista compatibility, and especially the module for the remote control, this forcing windows event viewer to record warning events.
I am now prefer to have remote control module not loading at Windows-startup (software option), if I do not plan to use the remote control right away.   :)
