After the tremendously large product campaign in favor of the CNX 3000 series few years back which the PC software for it found Lilliputian to compete in the world of PC software data loggers offered by other multimeter vendors.
Today discovered by testing the Fluke SW3000FC which is the silently released software version of the new Fluke-Connect series for PC, that is just a copy of the 3000CNX version with the same poor performance regarding keeping on screen 256 seconds of action, by not actually recording anything of the transmitted data.
By their actions in the past two years, FLUKE products managers, by closing their eyes and ears to any incoming feedback, they did bombard thru their accounts in Twitter and Facebook their own followers with the message: The Fluke connect APP for mobile phones are the way to go.
They did the same mistake with CNX 3000 series and continued in the same wrong path with Fluke-Connect series.
Some how the FLUKE APP due Google become their only thing so to care about.
And probably even today they are unable to grasp the message saying that mobile phones can not be used for logging, their primary role is to be a communication device.
FLUKE even today it does do the one mistake after the other and the proof is the fact that their Fluke-Connect PC version is made so to not recognize the CNX 3000 Bluetooth adapter, and this detail translates in the head of Fluke product managers, that this is a different product.
What I do consider of HIGHER importance is the fact that no matter what name these wireless product series comes with.
The End user no matter of if he is professional or hobbyist, there is no chance to enjoy these products due the poorly made PC software.
