Title: Best millivolt meter for ACV? DE-208A by DEREE Taiwan or FLK8846A

I do often read the question of which is most sensitive millivolt meter for ACV?

Many people seems to have major problem to connect in their thinking the fact that all HH multimeter designed to accept external AC/DC current clamp probe, they also include a much sensitive millivolt range this starts measuring from 1mV with significant accuracy and then higher than that.

DE-208A by DEREE (Taiwan) this is from the ones which they do the trick, still and after nine years be reviewed, this has most sensitive millivolt ACV range from all other handheld multimeters at ITTSB Blog, I did come down to such a verification few months after the arrival of my first oscilloscope (that is about four years ago).

The only downside of using DE-208A to measure down to 1 mV ACV this is it display resolution, not rich enough to display more than two digits as for example 1.0mV

Now if money this is not a problem,   you may get at five times higher price one 8846A which this at above 1.2mV it can activate at 2ND and the frequency counter too.
