I got my self in to a new project. :)
From an old LX2502 Bang & Olufsen TV set I did salvaged it lovely pair of speakers and the sound amplifier PCB.
This have two TDA2040 them working with +20V, 0, -20V , now I have to recreate the missing PSU by adding two single 12V 3A transformers in series and a diode bridge.
While this project seems simple, everything is there, I will have to remove several unneeded components from this PCB.
The good news is that I am aware that I have a good to go amp, but I will test all capacitors with my DE5000 LCR, just in case / verification.
Soon I will add more pictures as this project will move ahead. ;)

With a big smile at my face I am reporting good news !! 8)
I did manage to test this sound circuitry and to note down both channels Audio Input / Output points.
Added all cables for speaker connectors, and tomorrow I will add permanent Audio input connectors.
Temporally I did use a 12V battery and my DC power supply in combination.
So to simulate this needed +12 , 0V, - 12V voltages for a quick test.
And the major Fun part started when hooded my GDS2102A as VU meter at the output of the speaker when this was playing music , never tried that all these years. ;D
