Title: What makes an arbitrary waveform gen (AWG) to look special ?
Post by: Kiriakos GR on September 06, 2013, 09:44:21 PM
In the past two years there are many fresh made arbitrary waveform generators.
And I am talking in the range of 400 – 600$.

They have dual channels and they called as economy versions.
Usually the A channel would have 100MSa/s sampling and the B channel 12.5MSa/s and their most common specifications are 8bit Amplitude resolution & Waveform length 1024 points.

And here comes my question, which are the specifications that look more important to you when you are interested to select one?
