I have already seen your project, since you made the first presenation of it. It was very useful for veryfing multimeters. The most critical point for projects like this(except resistors) is the quality of rotary switch, and your selection for theese was right. About artwork, i use the same method in my projects, HP premium photo paper matte, and then i use a clear vanish spray to protect the paper from moisture and scratches, so the final result is very good. You can see (as far photo quality allows it) the result in a homemade power supply and a counter at the following photo.

For DIY printed labels I just discovered A4 Self Adhesive Glossy Photo Inkjet Paper.

I did order some so to try it.
