Molex Pin extractor this is a tool designed for Molex plugs pin removal.

What Molex forgot to mention this is that if the connector housing this were thermally exposed at over 100 Celsius ( pin were under arching for few seconds ) the connector housing walls are now baked.
Baked = Connector walls are now unable to flex and slight pressure between Pin-end and connector housing wall this will cause the housing wall them to collapse.

I am now thinking that such a tool it would be a bulletproof solution if this were supplied with D shape among with square shape ( single ) male sleeves.
Such a technique : Double plastic walls concept  at Pins extraction
This could be ideal and save us from the trouble at replacing entire 4 Pin connector because of a single Pin this goes bad due arching.

So your suggestion this is about single (9mm~10mm long sleeve) this be added temporarily over the female surroundings and pin and this be installed before the extraction.

I think that not even 3D printing can help for such a Thin walls construction.
Your ideal this is excellent as concept, but such sleeves they should be manufactured with ultimate precision and of high strength materials.

Yes, such sleeves they should be made by them having the quality of plastic this used at male connectors.
Or even better the sleeves to be metallic so to be reusable for a number of extractions.
Even thin metal this cannot hold it shape for ever.
