Due my decision to perform PSU Reviews, I did discover that they are two significant issues.
There is guidelines about PSU testing, and technical bibliography, that amateurs pretending the PSU reviewers they do not read or comply with the proper  how-to of testing.

ATX Version 3.0 Multi Rail Desktop Platform Power Supply / Design Guide Revision 2.0 ( February 2022)
Table 4-5: Recommended Standby Rail DC and AC Power Efficiency

Here comes the obvious conclusion, that INTEL recommendations they do cleanly mention a high of importance information.
When testing 5VSB Rail = Minimum load current this is 550mA of load and the PSU it should deliver 75% of electrical efficiency.

The second of high importance information, in order to establish minimum compliance to ALPM and ErP* Lot 3 2014 (newest)
The PSU / 5VSB Rail, it should be tested with 90mA of load, and the PSU it should deliver 55% of electrical efficiency.

5 DCV at 90mA this represents basic loading that a connected motherboard will creates.
DC wattage this is now 0.45VA or W with expected efficiency 55%.
Efficiency of 55% this translates that PSU will waste almost 1W of AC power so to deliver 0.45VA or W

The second test, verification of power efficiency 75%:
5 DCV at 550mA this is 2.75 VA or W
In this test it is expected the PSU to use  (3,4375 W) of AC power so to deliver 2.75 VA or W

And now I have a question for all serious thinkers, whom or which PSU product reviews source,  takes measurements as they should be taken,  in order this to become product reviews comparison point?

In conclusion.
It is hilarious for someone to baptize him self as electrical test LAB manager, if you are not aware of electrical power fundamentals along theory, and you also missing real training along certifications.

The industry of electrical power analysis, this must be flamed too.
When minimum testing requirements for tower computer this is 1W of AC energy and above, there is no need for super expensive power analyzer.

Third myth that must be exterminated, this is the called as Vampire power, there is no such a thing.
There is no pulsing PSU this be connected alone, to a wall plug, and this wasting energy all by it self.
PSU and a motherboard this is a bonded electrical design, they cannot work as separate.

If we did have smart people as PSU testers (reviewers) around us?
They would all had agree to use a specific INTEL motherboard model (workstation) as testing platform for the evaluation 5VSB consumption by using different PSU models with it.

And or at least them to use instead, DC loading relative to 55% and 75% mark of AC Power Efficiency target.
I am now in denial to use any PSU testing reports, a product of amateurs work, as comparison point to my own, proper made PSU testing work.

By pilling up test equipment at your room, that you are not aware of their use,
this does not makes you a test lab specialist.

I will simply confirm that when I am trying to evaluate PSU reviews from gaming hardware websites, most of the taken measurements, and all these graphs with mixed curves, they do not make sense.

If I feel limited so to evaluate such a testing pattern, and the results, what the youth can understand from these either?

Its a fact that test results offered due an automated testing system, this is not easy to be interpreted by outsiders of electronic engineering.

But I do also doubt if Chroma ATE Inc. they can either evaluate in full, the testing reports of their own machines.

Chroma ATE Inc. this does not produce load testers so these to be used for public product reviews.
This explains and of why such test results and presentation style due software reports, they are not that analytical.

I do wonder of why, specific PSU manufacturers they encourage several joker's, so them to actually misinform public opinion?

I am sensing marketing people in despair for publicity noise, with out them to care about real facts.
Even if Kiriakos product review this is not published yet, huge amount of HOW-TO relative to PSU testing this is all over the forum. :)

DC Rails testing, proper way measuring AC power, required tools and methods, all are available as educational content for the seekers of the truth.

I will simple say, that I will do my work, testing and review according to the book (written guides by engineers).

Seasonic told me to not feel stressed about the delivery schedule.
For a few months I had problems of my own to solve.

Now I am getting back on track, and end of May I will deliver my promise.
No plans to waste more time of my own, at pointing out mistakes of others.
