Get the latest and truly matured drivers of 2021

PL-2303HX D, this is fully capable for 230400 baud rate within widows XP, I did personally tested and verified  that with my 8846A.
   

PL-2303HXD, this chip is in use at BRYMEN BRUA-20X Data logging KIT.
