I was not aware all these years, that any thermal shock at the leads of a fuse, this will change fuse performance.
Slow-Blow they might be more tolerant? I cannot verify this.
But soldering at 220 ~ 240C, this will alter, fuse wire characteristics and or behavior.
According to Bussmann, Fast Active fuses these are thermally sensitive, even when stored they should never get warm at 85 Celsius.
Or else they should be discarded.
Another set of rules this apply about fuse storage and the event of high or extreme humidity.
Naturally there is no change finding any fuses documentation, when you buy unbranded goods.
Either way, I will personally avoid from now and on, wires soldering over of any sort of a Fuse.
