Home build 12V battery Pulse Desulfators but which one ?

I do plan to start a project  about making an 12V battery Pulse Desulfator. (Battery and Pulse Conditioning Primer)

One of the most known pages in the web is the below one, but this man have changed his primary design over and over about improvements, and I have many second thoughs of which design to follow.
