I can so far confirm by my own signature that the saying about dimensions correction cut down version, this is a myth.  :P

Ansmann 9V Typ280 this is a regular fat cow as is the MaxE 300mAh.
 
My very own MaxE 300mAh this was an gift of Ansmann UK to me 12 years ago (11-2013), I actually received two, this sample alone survived.
This has now over 20 Ohm of internal resistance at 1kHz.

Due this (semi positive) personal experience, I did decide to buy these Typ280.
It is recorded repeatedly and due several examples at my website, that Ansmann this failed to satisfy my expectations due their AA and AAA cells.
But the survival ability of this single MaxE 300mAh, this worked as personal proof and a motive for me, so to give my money again.

I have here my first results, regarding both Typ280 measured capacity, but nothing will be reported until I perform three test cycles.

I am acting here very carefully so to avoid the delivery of a false impression.
