BRYMEN in Taiwan, has in production the BM867 multimeter, with identical low current range as in HIOKI DT4282 (630mA).
They decided to use Bussmann KTK-1, this is 600V AC, 1A fuse, but according to it time domain chart, at 10ms you do not get any significant higher tolerance in comparison to BBS 44/100.

For the ones thinking about getting the 630mA SIBA, and they cannot find easy stock or a fuse in a good price, the KTK-1 ( Bussmann / LIMITRON), it might save them the day.

Note: BBS 3/4, this can tolerate triple inrush current, which the multimeter printed circuit board and other components ( mA input) they might get injured.
