Just spotted a picture of the most stupid thing that you can do to your test leads.

Damaged test leads regarding wire continuity or damaged isolation are in the top of the list of hazards which will cost you your life.
Especially when in most cases the multimeter gets used as voltage probe for 220V Mains.
