We are living in a constantly changing reality, and within the year 2024, us old users of eBay marketplace we are facing new and negative experiences.
Originally we thought that Asian shops over eBay they are shops, new term added this is drop-shipper a person a middle man whom is a eBay shop account owner of a shop that has only listings and not actual stock.
This middle man can be anyone, a student and or simply anyone whom speaks English.
Behind that fake shop, there is a warehouse, this handling the orders and shipping with unknown priority and shipping partners totally unknown internationally.
Shunyou Post this is the freshest (Year 2024), this promising lowest shipping price at Asian sellers for international transport.
Unfortunately for the buyer, any super economy shipping this is bad news.
I have now two actual experiences with Shunyou Post + eBay, a lightweight small envelope, and also a small carton box at no more of 300 gram.
In both cases, goods appeared at Greek borders after 45 days, and within borders clearance and delivery this took another 12 days as minimum.
This is how it sum up the final sum of 57 ~ 60 Days per order delivery.
Shunyou Post this using Holland as entry point, unfortunately for the buyer even internal within EU transport of non-priority mail this is handled as such.
There is no reasonable explanation of why the distance from Holland to Greece this will require 24 days as shipping time. :P
Shunyou Post tracking
This is another problematic experience.
The last information from it will be:
Arrived at Destination Country Airport = Holland
Arrived at Facility = Holland
Then you need to act as a detective, Shunyou code will replaced with another at Holland, then this will be active until Greek borders, and after the local custom clearance / inspection, your parcel now this is untraceable.
You may simply see the postman one day at your door, and the parcel this is delivered to you.
Bellow is a good example of my latest eBay order with Slow cow Shunyou Post.
SYAETxxxxxx = China to Holland

UVxxxxxxxxxUZ = Holland to Greece
Add up both and we have at 10 May 2024 a total of Result: 43 days

ITTSB Europe advice
At the year 2024 and prior making any payment, you better contact the seller and confirm of whom will do the shipping of your order?
Economy Chinese post this will deliver the goods two weeks faster at country borders, but local priority of handling including delivery time, this will not be any better.
Either way it does makes a difference if your receive a parcel in 40 days instead of 60 days. :)

Here is the beginning of my fresh Shunyou Post benchmark.
Small item purchase, a single D-SUB DB15 pin connector, from Aliexpress.
I paid 3.85 Euro with VAT, for Shunyou Post regular speed.
Product price 1.25 Euro, total = 5.10 Euro
My tracking code this is SYAE xxxxxxxxx (nine digits). (SHUNYOU_STANDARD_SG)

I will add more details according to tracking upgrades, I am also very interested to see of how fast is the standard service of Shunyou Post, and if it worth paying a premium price for it.

Yes it did, and DPD this is involved again.
Last time that it was involved, in a past made order, time duration was approximately 13 days.

Eleven days within EU or Bulgaria, and this small package still has not been processed and or further tracked. :P
At normal conditions, this it should be delivered at a time frame of 18~24 days.

I am now assuming Dec 4 Delivery.

I do confirm delivery, but this story it is not ended yet.
Over the package it is written that EU transportation was made due shaoke logistics co.ltd
An company based in Bulgaria.
Greek warehouse 5Km out of Thessaloniki at the road for Athens.
This information translates that DPD EU this is now a dead branding.
But this shaoke logistics co.ltd, this is also a problematic partner, they do not have electronic tracking systems of their own, and neither a proper webpage.
In conclusion, since the moment that there is NOT any stability between shippers collaboration and their contracts changing, every few months.
We consumers, we are unable to properly evaluate shipping time, or delivery duration.
All that I can say, this is that at 2023, the performance of involved partners, it was faster than today.
