The essential information for power measurements for LED lamps, and aloud power factor displacement limits, these are hosted below.
PF = No limit at Power On ≤ 5 W LED
PF = 0,5 at 5 W ~ 10 W LED
PF = 0,7 at 10 W ~ 25 W LED
PF = 0,9 at 25 W and greater LED
In comparison with the EU regulation 1194/2012, the latest it does unify the range 0~5W, by not mention any more the 2W LED as specific category.
If you own a digital power meter and you are up to perform LED light bulbs review, the samples that will not qualify according to above limits, they are not aloud to be imported in EU.
