At 2015 I did accepted from BRYMEN, one BM079 for a product review.
Today = 10 years later, it RED rubber material over rotating functions switch ( functions selector ), this started peel off.
Peel off = RED rubber this starts breaking in to very small flakes.
I consider this as first stage of rubber surface degradation.
The rubber surface even after a period of 10 years, this is remain as soft, but it seems now getting softer than of what it was as new. :P
BRYMEN uses identical RED rubber material, at their entire products range. ???
Over the years I was cleaning this part functions selector very gently with soap water.
FLUKE clamp meter they come with a plastic cup as functions selector, this is impossible to degrade.
I am now convinced, BRYMEN never did enough Quality Control tests, about the longevity over time, of their rubberized materials.
Naturally today I feel as very displeased. >:(
Note: There is no replacement part of this functions selector.
