FLUKE Corporation in China, it operates by different marketing strategies.
FLUKE 12E this is another one example, of targeted marketing strategy.
Due this DMM, FLUKE targeted sales at education institutes, as is technical schools.
Only major change from similar "B" labeled product, 12E this translates to lower price tag and three years warranty plan.
But if this is the case? Then beware with such stock, it might be stolen goods from education institutes of China.
I am also well aware, that FLUKE products these sold for the Chinese market, they do not enjoy any warranty plan, outside of Chinese borders.
