RIGOL 1000 E series oscilloscopes, and specifically DS1102E this was the Best Seller of 2010.
I have use this DS1102E, for testing purposes of my signal generator at year 2012.
Most impressive find, this is of how easy it is to setup and use, as fist time oscilloscope user.
RIGOL never succeed to become my favorite brand, as their products design, this not aiming grown up and professionally working people.
At the year 2026, RIGOL website reports DS1102E & DS1052E as still alive, but not available for sale.
While anything else from RIGOL 1000 series this now gained the OBSOLETE classification.
Another interesting fact about this 1000E series, over the years I did not succeed to find proofs, that these are prone to damage.
If you are looking for a basic oscilloscope at the pile of used ones, at a price range of 100~150 Euros for an DS1102E, this is a good deal. :)
