I was waiting for thirteen years, so and I, to play with AM modulation.  :)

AM modulation this is the opposite function of frequencies Sweep.
At AM modulation the periodical sweep this is focusing at V/Div.

How and you, can visualize the idol of signals, two or three potatoes be in a row?  :P

All that it takes is adjusting your oscilloscope Time/Div levels, out of any realistic values, far and away of the occurrence of Triggering.
We are getting close to limits, that an smart made scope this will start using Pre- Trigger   or getting out to ROLL mode.

I love tests too, but I did not get my scope so to watch imaginary movies.

PHILIPS PM5134 Function generator this is from the very few capable for AM modulation, and with allot levels of tweaks at AM modulation.
Yesterday, I did discover over the internet, an smart Hungarian, he is selling his PM5134.
He got several photographs of his PM5134, of several output signals, so to use them as motivation and proofs of performance, for any interested buyers.  8)
He is using his demonstration in a productive way !! 

With out further delay, I did uploaded a few photographs and a screenshot, in the form of myth-busting.  ;D ;D

So, we have and a Greek Wizard at this Club !!  ;D

Most reputable brands, they have offerings of test boards for oscilloscopes testing and verification, with a modern palette of test signals.
Going back to AM modulation, this is similar with western spaghetti movies.  :)
All serious HH DMM, they are tested at modern applications, so them to prove their performance.

After the switch from color glass tube to led panel, at TV set and computer screens, high speed dynamic change of brightness this is lost.
In the past ten years, this marketing game, phosphor tube VS LED panel, this has stopped.
   
Your scope, this has nice intensity grading for a panel screen.
