Never seen before Hioki DM7276-01 Calibration report.
HIOKI DM7276-01 this is mainly DC Voltmeter with high resolution, and not a recognized for metrology tool.
Either way the interesting part, at 100mV range, HIOKI lab this inspects calibration by activating 100PLC.
While at the other ranges, they use standard sampling speed, what ever this is. :)
I ve' never seen something similar, noted at FLUKE Calibration report for the 8846A ...
So far I am assuming that FLUKE Calibration procedure, this runs performance tests and or calibration adjustment with the multimeter set at 10 PLC.
Why then HIOKI Calibration team, this goes higher at 100 PLC for the 100mV range?
Do they afraid, that at 100mV range their voltmeter this hides an much higher floor noise?
Several years ago, I did asked HIOKI Japan, this to deliver to me a DM7276-01 sample, they told me this is not metrology tool, its about voltage inspection at production line.
So these are their words.
I got my DMM4050 (8846A) a few months later (2/2019), and I have no regrets up to date. ;)
