Title: Is this the future? 32-bit PWM self-calibration reference - DMM calibrator
Post by: Kiriakos GR on May 17, 2026, 10:53:38 AM
Since 2015, I did spotted on the market software controlled resistance standards.
This new design eventually it will kill the concept of old school decade resistor boxes.

But now at 2026, Chinese developers they testing something fresh.

32-bit PWM self-calibration reference with eight digits display.
Numeric keyboard for input.
Plus one 24-bit AD7175 ADC closed-loop control.

This prototype, it does deliver enough voltage control, as it was demonstrated this testing Fluke 8846A and Advantest R6581T 8.5 digit multimeter.

The developer, he actually teasing today a Chinese forum community.
He succeed making an impressive per digit count, control circuit.
The illustrated  measurement, this is a good example of his work.   ;)
