This is a good question, which unfortunately this does not have an answer.
Keysight this when off of DMM with Bluetooth market.
FLUKE Connect series, this came out ten years ago, but not a single expert reviewer, ever touched this topic.

The power consumption of BLE, this is added over the power consumption of the measuring circuit.
DMM + BLE = total consumption = total of operating hours under a single battery.
In theory, FLK 3000 FC DMM, this using TI CC2564 BLE controller.
In conclusion, we know nothing as comparison data.
It feels bad, that all big names, they do nothing relative to new DMM models development and production.
Older Keysight orange series, with Bluetooth support, this is entirely discontinued.
In the positive side of things, mass produced products, they will be always available as used.
You may also get an old Android 10" tablet for cheap, and with minimum hassle, you can create a Bluetooth remote display.
