I hate to sound as plain Evil. I am Christian orthodox after all. :)
Did you know that Siglent SDM3065X Firmware History this is now Ten years old, and still goes? :P
https://www.siglenteu.com/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2026/06/SDM3065X-Firmware-Revise-History-3.02.01.15R2-.pdf
Just by plain observation, since 2017 Siglent this started to add small fixes, but something when wrong at 4/2023.
Siglent while trying to deal with their problems, they move as SLOW turtle, no more than two attempts of newer firmware per year.
This translates that if you DMM this get messed up due firmware upload, you will stuck in the ice for six months.
Unfortunately since 12/2025 ( six months back from today), more issues they were shared on-line as customer feedback.
The performance of Siglent software developers team, this is going down to drain. ???
I am writing this as major warning, especially if they are out there any educational institutes, its 1000 times more preferable, staying at the old factory installed firmware.
Than pray and hope ..
This advice also stands, and for small repair labs these using such DMM.
Do not getting carried away, by the hype of freshness, an misbehaving instrument this is direct blow against your productivity.
