I was browsing eBay listings about test leads, and I fall over this impressive image. ;D
While the connectivity concept appears correct, for measuring resistance, it appears that we have several problems.
This HH DMM this is not branded.
This multimeter it has 200 Ohm as lower measuring range = a good choice
But this is a blind multimeter regarding digits resolution. :P
Test result appears as 100m Ohm
But this is also the lowest measuring potential of this 3 EUR worth of DMM. :P
I wish to thanks justfor-yo eBay shop for the offering of this entertainment.
I did succeed to get in to a mixed mood of laughs and tears, after analyzing this photograph.

Its not a uncommon an Chinese to steal ideas from another Chinese. ;D
So here we have another duplicate, or it can be THE MOTIVE, that others started copying it.
The motive = An low cost marketing idea, that it might help a seller to earn more sales. :P
