Tuscan / Vipow (AA, AAA, 9V) best example of piss poor charger manufacturing

Another golden example of what you can buy under the five dollars mark, from Aliexpress / Ebay and China.

This is another classic example of a plain 120 ~ 240 AC switching power supply,  and DC charging circuit, this is constructed by 0.40$ worth of resistors.

All these similar designs, they use uncontrolled termination voltage.
Attached  photograph this is for the most aggressive 9V 80mA version of these chargers.

The question here is just one:  Do you need a charger this respecting and protecting the health your batteries?   
These cheap things, do not do it by them self's.

You need to buy along and a digital reverence time counter with alarm beeper.
So the food this to be manually removed from the fire, before it gets overcooked.
