I am now speechless .... FLUKE Corporation when at discontinuing their INPUT CAP Amp Jack Plug.
(Fluke 4145825 DMM Input Cap Set of 10)

While at 2026 there is no such product available anywhere in EU.

The major question if of why FLUKE Corporation this it did Discontinued their own design?

Worst Fluke product I have ever purchased!!!!
I have a huge DVOM collection and I purchased two ten packs of the input plugs.
I figured being Fluke they would be high quality.
That was NOT the case!! They do NOT fit well in my Fluke 87v or my Fluke 289!!
I will say that they do fit GREAT in my Fluke 189!
The ONLY reason this is getting a three star rating is because if I click one star, the web site WILL NOT allow me to post!!!!!!!!!
I don't mind spending more money on products if they are great but I absolutely hate spending top dollar on JUNK!!!!

In summary.
This article today it serves as reminder, of a discontinued product.
The product design idea of an Amp Jack Plug cover, this is brilliant.

Neither AI this can find today, an branded substitute.

After of me looking at eBay,  my find this is conical Silicone Pipe Tube Plugs, product number XY-6002   ( 1mm / 6mm / 30mm total length ).
And this is something that I am willing to try, in the future.

At technical level, its possible this plug to ended up as humidity trap?
And or the specific rubber part composition, this having longevity issues?

My own real-life theorem, if you do not own IP54 water-and-dust resistant DMM, then you do not need these Amp Jack Plug.

FLUKE theorem, these parts were made for HH DMM them be used constantly outdoor. 

While DMM enthusiast owners, they care for dust protection even for in-door use.
