PKcell 8.4V 250mAh NiMH pre-charged, this represents Low grade build quality.
And as such, the bellow datasheet this represents product specifications of most generic NiMH at 250mAh pre-charged.
Charge reserve mAh after 360 days at 20C = 75%

As you may see by inspecting the datasheet below, they are totally missing any charge / discharge curves, and detailed information's about internal resistance.
