NEW eBay User Agreement this becomes active 16 May 2025

eBay users, they do receive a personal email notice.
AI tools are now active and walk away if you disagree ...

The Modernized eBay, will keep track and analyze, even your breath, along your messages to sellers, and any of your actions within the platform.

But they forgot to mention, if they will keep moderating your own search results, by hiding small sellers listings, and by favoring Chinese sellers listings.

My friendly recommendation: Do not skip reading the entire NEW agreement, because your opinion of what is reasonable or not at trading,  this will not measure up, in case of a dispute.
