VOLTCRAFT 270 mAh 8.4 V 6LR61  PP3
and or
Voltcraft Endurance NiMH 9 V block battery 270 mAh

There is no actual datasheet.
But they are few interesting details scattered, as documentation over product packaging and security datasheet.

Product name: 9 V Nickel/Metal Hydride rechargeable batteries
Item no.       ---  Size    ---- Nominal Voltage  --  Capacity  --  Energy content
2542812      9 V, 6LR61           8.4 V              200 mAh        1.68 Wh

2542813       9 V, 6LR61          8.4 V              270 mAh        2.268 Wh

270 mAh
• Charge before use
• Use only chargers with output a constant charging current
• Standard charge 16 Hours at 27mA.
•  Fast charge 72 min 270mA

ITTSB EU Notes:
Its almost unorthodox, Conrad this recommending double duration of theoretical needed of charging time.
But this information, it is a message for us with technical background.
Extended charging time at 0.1C this translates as recommendation, for us giving at the battery, a capacity forming charge, its and every time.  8)

This makes sense specifically for all 8.4 V PP3 (with six internal active cells).
A single battery, single active cell, this does not require battery pack balancing.
8.4 V PP3 this is considered as battery pack of six 1.4V elements, and as such, it does need battery pack balancing (especially when inner cells start aging).

Either way, a constant charging current this has two benefits to offer:
It helps new and unused 8.4 V PP3 them to activate their entire capacity.
It helps used aged 8.4 V PP3 as assistance to battery pack balancing (all inner elements to be fully charged).
