LogiLink Hot glue sticks WZ0055 - Spesifications & Safety Data Sheet EU

This period of time my stock of 11mm Hot glue sticks, this started running low.
My quick internet search at my local market, for branded goods + small quantity + acceptable price, this found to be LogiLink Hot glue sticks WZ0055.

The packaging includes also the German Flag, despite the fact that LogiLink this is a know Chinese products distributor.

While there is also an Safety Data Sheet EU, this comes with date of 17/7/2020

I got this LOGILINK WZ0055 HOT GLUE STICKS 11.2mm x 200mm 6 PCS at 3.69 € retail (Weight: 0.115 kg).

While I have now all the proofs that these are High-Temperature Sticks, and also well documented, I do still have one last question.
What this German flag over the packaging stand for?   
Are they of a German production?
Are they marketed due a German source?
Or this is the most hilarious description of Designed in Germany? 

So far I cannot find stock photographs of the back side of this blister, which this might be more informative.
