This time I did a web search about a product code this was over an alligator clip of BRYMEN.
But this was not a product code, it was a patent number, and search results pointed directly at hongkai-tw factory.

But under the hood, there is motion, at the pages written in Chinese, they are there even PDF drawings of 2019.

There is also a second website,  much fresher web design, poor product descriptions

With a bit of patience, you will discover test leads and accessories, which they are distributed under other brands worldwide.   

I will not give more details, because I will spoil the surprise. 

An interesting manufacturing detail, all well made alligator clip with 2mm socket, they have a gold plated female insert, this protects probe tips from abrasion and damage.
While the rest alligator clip this is made of nickel plated iron.
