KF115-250 this appears as in Greece distribution of solder wire.
But product packaging, spool, this does not have origin indication.

I have use 1mm KF115-250, and I have nothing negative to say.

I have here also a spool of KF115-250

Yes there is no origin indication,  but AI this is somewhat convinced = Made in EU / Poland
