Hioki DT4215 DMM a toy for the Chinese market only

Delayed News: Hioki DT4215 DMM this appeared at China since year 2022.
In the year 2026 this also appeared at Aliexpress, and because of that, the West world gained awareness about it. 


EU series this is DT4200, with specific variants.
I am clueless of what Hioki HQ has inside their heads?
China this is a fragment market, with all these Chinese and ugly toy in appearance offerings.
China this is begging for international sales.

Directly from the mouth of the beast .... Hioki DT4215 DMM it is not made in Japan.   

Its known from ages,  manufacturing in China, this translates that product design and schematics they had be deposed at the ministry of China.
And therefore the question remains, why they started production of low-tech DMM in China?

Long shot idea, Hioki started making more PR with China.
They started with Chinese made test leads, DMM Fuses, DMM soft cases, and now this DT4215 DMM.

To be honest, I did detect this story back at 2022.

Due the fact that this product does not aim EU market, I did delete this first topic.

I never received a sponsorship from Chinese member, as reward for ITTSB Europe contribution, to society.
In conclusion, at ITTSB we do not bother reviewing products designed for other markets.

We did not did it, even about FLUKE series economy DMM, for the Chinese market only.

We do continue to care for HH DMM, that worth be owned by experts in electrical measurements, working professionals. 

The doings of HIOKI Japan and HIOKI EU, they are out of our interests in the past ten years.
