As I have mentioned at past ,I have only an analog oscilloscope Hameg HM303 30MHz. Regarding the poll ,the closer options for me is 25 or 50 MHz (there is not option for 30 MHz ) so i have to wait if you can fix it, in order to put my vote.

I did add more options, now you may vote again. ;)

Regarding my choice for bandwidth, after following an significant amount of web seminars from significant names of our modern industry,  I did made my final selection with confidence.

GDS-2102A 100MHz 2GS/s.  http://www.ittsb.eu/GW%20Instek%20GDS-2102A%20MSO.html

The rule of thump is 5 times more bandwidth from the fastest signal that you are going to probe.

And in my case this is my PHILIPS PM5134 Function generator : 1mHz – 20MHz  :)

I design/debug 8-bit μC applications with a typical Xtal frequency of 4-8MHz (max. goes to 32MHz but μC runs 4 times slower). Some analog applications are using frequencies up to 5MHz and all RF circuits are in the "expensive" region!
To cover the majority of my applications a bandwidth of 50MHz is enough.
