How Do I Open an ISO File in Windows ?

Today I found a forgotten ISO file 4.7GB in to one of my HDD, I have many .... 

I could not identify the content by the title...
I have legit NERO burning ROM  but I was not after burning it.

How Do I Open an ISO File in Windows ?

7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio.

This supports the function , open ISO file as an archive
And within in seconds, I could see everything within that ISO
