Beta Brand - Any Multimeter Reviews ?

Please define of how the description hobby use, this translates at your own electrical applications?

The specific HH DMM design this is available in the past 10 years in China.
It have see it, under five re-brands, from tiny importers in the USA.

ODM = CEM - China Their DMM have very slow update rate = 2 times per second.

I think that Beta Group this has a poor taste of humor. 

BETA 1760/RMS this is originally an item at the price point of 60 ~ 80 Euros Retail (Tax included).

Beta Group ( Tools for Auto - Moto workshops ) it seems suggesting 200 ~ 300 Euros Retail.

Yes I have see that too, its always overpriced, because its advertised as Water protection IP67.

This is not a DMM for hobby use.
Except if your hobby this is in the middle of the sea.

Due the fact that we all are, within European union, I will pass the suggestion in favor HIOKI DT4252.
Its a small format DMM, Made in Japan, easy coverage due product warranty period.

HIOKI DT4252 this has better chances to be sold as used, if some one decides to change his hobby at a later time.

Thanks for the link I looked it up, I'm not an electrician and I don't even work in an electronics lab. I do some measuring, small jobs basically. That's what I meant.

Yes, I saw that it costs a lot new but at a Sunday market I found it practically new for €50.

This is of what Kiriakos was talking about issues, of used Chinese DMM and of very low resale value.
For €50 this is as good as any generic DMM at your hands = hobby use.
