After many years of ownership of my SAMSUNG G900F, I had never use it as
Internet Sharing Device due mobile data.
Within
Android, there is a field named as
USB tethering.
This activates mobile phone electronic circuit, this requiring
Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device Driver.
Us Samsung mobile phone, expert owners, we are aware of additional SAMSUNG driver package for windows.
(DRV SAMSUNG Mobile USB Composite Device)
Due the age of my Smartphone last driver this was released at 2017 due the Samsung package
Samsung-USB-Driver-v1.5.65.0.Long story in sort, while I do have installed at my PC, this Samsung-USB-Driver, and it works with
Samsung Smart Switch ( smartphone backup / restore software).
At
USB tethering, windows
kept loading oldest Microsoft driver = Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device
This caused some issues at
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing CenterWhile my PC this is able getting internet connection (with the old driver), the operating system seemed having issues to record correctly
network information paths.
The solution : I had to reinstall
Samsung-USB-Driver-v1.5.65.0. by having
USB tethering active at my mobile phone.
Windows Device Manager this using for a first time, the
most modern Samsung driver.
Right now even the
Windows Network and Sharing Center this display correctly all aspects of the network.

Another path getting the driver =
