What is impressive with METEX CORPORATION Seoul - Korea, this is that they were the first worldwide, that implement Data logging functionality at their Metex M-3850D digital multimeter. 

They were also from the first, which got involved so to comply with electrical safety standards, of the west world and especially Europe.

This story began at Korea at 1976, a small company which recruited best workforce of Korea.

Applications software = Visual Basic (programing language which I also learn at school)
Hardware = RS-232 port serial connectivity

At 2025 any METEX Multimeter or other product, this translates to ancient electronics design.
Nothing from that era this is a competitor of modern made, year 2010 and later, DMM developed technology.

All METEX Multimeter, they were designed at a time, that repair of home appliances was the main market.
