A super-flexible lamp that lets you focus its bright light exactly where you need it.
It’s slim, lightweight and easy to move around. The energy-saving LED light source provides 25000 hours of light.

Product Dimensions
Luminous flux: 10 lm
Power: 0.3 W
Length: 37.5 cm

-----------------------------------------------------
I am using computers for 30 years, and I never feel the need to buy an LED USB lamp.
This period of time I did placed an order at local IKEA web site, and this JANSJO it did gave me a positive impression right away, and I got it.  :)

I have here an ANSMANN Powerline 4 Pro, smart charger with capacity measurement and refresh, but its the first revision, small fonts and No backlight, hard to read LCD screen.
This charger has USB port at the back, this IKEA  LED USB lamp it might save the day.  :)

I did an unusual internet search about this ANSJO light,  and I have seen it to be used at several applications.
a) It might be used as emergency light when this is powered by a USB power bank.
b) It might be used as assistance at Macro photography.
c) It might be used as assistance of digital or analog microscope.

While most common application, this is as work light for laptop users.
---------------------------------------------------

I also came across of few issues, when a low power DC load as is ANSJO this is connected to USB power bank, this having the automation of Auto-power OFF at small loads.
In this scenario, ANSJO this is not considered as an active load.

Additionally, no one ever bothered to measure DC current of JANSJO.  ???

My next pack of thoughts:
I need to make a USB power bank, so to be able to reuse old Lithium cells.
Power bank PCB controller, this should not have Auto-Power OFF automation.
I have here a pile of used parts, that I can reuse at this project, all that I need this is charger/power bank basic controller.

The answer this found at Aliexpress, at just 1.95 Euro shipped.
Originally I did a common mistake, I was looking the fancy version with charge percentage LCD, but this included and the Auto-power OFF, that I needed to avoid.
So here we have it, the cheapest LX-LBU2C PCB, this is also and the most compatible one for the JANSJO.  ;)

---------------------------------------------------
This IKEA LED USB lamp JANSJO, it appears as copyright protected design in China.
No one dare to copy it, and or,  exact product design and build quality, its costly to reproduce if you plan selling it as unbranded product.
JANSJO this has 37mm of long and flexible metal pipe.

At Aliexpress you may find USB extension for power, USB male to female, 28mm long flexible metal pipe, this having poor hardening, and the one painted as black, the paint this break apart in flakes when you will start using it.

I thought that it might worth of me getting a second flexible extension for USB light, but manufacturing quality this is equal to trash at Aliexpress.

---------------------------------------------------
No power switch
This it might be an advantage, but in favor of laptop USB ports health, plugging in and pulling out, this does no cause mechanical stress at the USB connector.
If you start thinking JANSJO, as an portable emergency helper, then this is an more reasonable approach so to justify your purchase.  :)

Last pack if tips:
Always hold the USB plug with one hand, when you are adjusting the JANSJO.
Never throw away JANSJO packaging material, there is no better storage case, when this is out of use.

Never paid too much attention at such gadgets.
From the other hand, we all have bad experiences from sort lived LED torch lights.

In deed, the combination of JANSJO with a power bank, this is an very interesting idea!
Especially for the ones buying a power bank that they do not actually need.
