For a first time I did a web search, so to discover if these 000 surface mount resistors, 'zero-ohm', they can be of interest, at low-ohm metrology, this behaving as measuring standard?

The truth this is a bit disappointing, specific 000 Chip, this is also named as: Link , Jumper , Chip
It actual electrical resistance it has be characterized, this be at 50 Milli Ohm or less.

At handheld DMM with 300 Ohms as lower range, they will be fooled and you will see an 0000 reading.
The larger boys at 6 1/2 digits, with four wires Ohms system, 10 Ohms range, they cannot be fooled so easy.

While the dedicated micro ohm meters, 100 Milli Ohm range, these are impossible to be fooled.  ;D

The answer this is now more than clear.
000 Link , Jumper , Chip, solder bridge, this has no use at metrology applications.

Actual Current rating ..... 1A up to 2A.
