May of 2006, this is the date which FLUKE Corporation started adding in to retail packaging their FLUKE 100 Series.

You may say this is a date of significance, No more MADE IN USA, FLUKE China this is now the new Boss.
Long story in short, I never paid any money or attention, in favor of this series.

FLUKE planning this was wrong from the day one.
Why someone paying for overpriced goods, while these belong at the Low End class.

FLUKE 114 this is the most crippled model, by 90% this is an AC/DC voltmeter, with resistance and continuity function.
This period of time, in the USA, pricing this is near to 200 USD $ retail.  :P

Happy birthday to FLUKE 114 / 115 /117  You are now 20 YEARS OLD
So far I thought that, FLUKE 87 series, this was one of the major victims that FLUKE did not invest at fresh R&D about making a modern meter due high costs.

But now we have more proofs, that since 2006 FLUKE this stopped entirely the development of any HH digital multimeter.
From past named as Top tear series, and down to budged lines as is FLUKE 114 / 115 /117, they simply continue the assemply with out thinking of the consequences.

Now days, there is a new electrical application, this related to drones inspection.
Combat drones these will never return back for repairs.  :D

They are a pile of digital meters, these able to measure volts and resistance at very low price.
But here there is a trap, consumers they are free to buy what ever they like.

But if you are a military organization?  The plan changes.
You are forced to choose a product from the so called as recognized brands.
The overpricing this is now get paid due TAX payers money.  :P

From my point of view, and about practical terms, there is nothing to celebrate here as HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
The ones celebrating, these are all FLUKE Corporation competitors.
Mostly because anything sold by FLUKE logo today, this similes to museum exhibit  ...
