Its not news for me, that ScopeRider series, this eventually will need a replacement battery.

Interesting facts, HA-Z306 battery pack this has internally a number of six SAMSUNG 18650 batteries.
Specific battery pack this collapsed after getting five years old.

The single repair tip, this is that battery charge controller, this appears unlocked.
But even after replacing these six 18650 batteries, the controller this needs an additional awakening tweak.
Battery Plus contact and Battery minus contact, they should be connected (sorted) by the use of 10K Ohm resistance.

This German battery supplier, it advertises it self, also as provider of batteries for medical devices.
And it is also interesting, that these battery packs they even sold in China, at this outrageous pricing.

In summary, while electronics and 18650 batteries they are nothing special, the plastic external cell ( battery case ) this is the unique design here.

If you succeed to crack-open the plastic battery case with out damaging it, then there is hope for battery pack repair.
